Return and Refund Policy
Shinacor Global OEM/ODM mainly provides customized B2B products and OEM/ODM services, including perfume, cosmetics, custom packaging, paper bags, gift boxes, canvas tote bags, and private label products.
As most products are customized according to the customer’s confirmed requirements, logo, packaging, materials, quantity, and production details, customized products are generally not eligible for return or refund after production has started.
Before bulk production, customers are responsible for confirming samples, artwork, specifications, packaging details, and order information. Once confirmed, production will follow the agreed details.
Returns or refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Products have serious quality defects caused by production.
- Products are significantly different from the confirmed sample or approved specifications.
- The issue is reported within 7 days after receiving the goods.
- Clear photos, videos, order information, and related evidence are provided.
The following situations are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized logo, packaging, color, size, fragrance, formula, material, or artwork has been confirmed by the customer.
- Minor color differences caused by screen display, lighting, material batches, or printing process.
- Product damage caused by improper storage, handling, transportation after delivery, or customer-side operation.
- Change of mind after production has started.
- Delays caused by customs clearance, international logistics, force majeure, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
For any quality issue, please contact us first. We will review the case and may provide solutions such as repair, replacement, partial refund, discount on future orders, or other reasonable solutions based on the confirmed order terms.
All return, refund, replacement, and compensation terms are subject to the final quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, and written confirmation between both parties.
